    Open Position: Adjunct Professor - Accounting

    Department of Business Administration

    St. Catherine University in St. Paul/Minneapolis is a comprehensive Catholic university with the nation’s largest college for women at its center.     The Department of Business Administration invites applicants for a part-time adjunct lecturer position beginning Fall 2017, pending budget approval.

    Responsibilities:  

    Teach one or two courses in accounting on either a daytime, evening, or weekend schedule in Fall 2017 and/or Spring 2018. Courses available include financial accounting, managerial accounting, accounting systems, business analytics, intermediate accounting 1, income tax, cost accounting, and finance.

    Requirements: CPA plus Master’s in Business, Accounting, Finance or Taxation is required along with prior college level teaching experience, and industry experience in accounting. Preferred: academically qualified in accounting as defined by ACBSP; teaching experience in hybrid and online formats; and teaching experience in accounting.
