BDN 10th Anniversary Celebratory Gala - Saturday, October 29 @ 6PM
The BDN 10th Anniversary Celebratory Gala will be a semi-formal cocktail event to mix and mingle with BDN's members, partners and friends. The Gala will recognize the tremendous contributions our members have made in their respective industries and local communities. Dinner will be served, two complimentary drink tickets will be provided and a cash bar will be available for additional purchases. Tickets are available for purchase ($70 per person) and guests are welcome to join but must reserve a ticket.

To ensure that you receive accommodations at the Sheraton Downtown Atlanta Hotel, please secure your reservation as soon as possible. The Black Doctoral Network Inc. has negotiated a sleeping room rate of $139/night (doubles & singles) for all guests at the Sheraton Downtown Atlanta Hotel for Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights (surrounding dates are also available). The limited discounted hotel rooms are first come first serve. We have no control over availability beyond our initial agreement. To receive the discounted rate of $139, you must tell the hotel that you are part of the Black Doctoral Network Conference.

Parking Information
There is a negotiated discount for self-parking of $20 for overnight self-parking and $10 for the commuter drivers for the day self-parking at the hotel.
Refund Policy
Registration fees are refundable up until September 30, 2022. No refunds will be granted starting October 1, 2022.
