The Black Doctoral Network is leading the next generation of Black scholars to reach new heights. Encouraging intellectual curiosity and transformative research, the Black Doctoral Network is a bridge leader, creating paths between scholars, disciplines, and academic universities all while serving as an invaluable connection between higher education and the community at large.
We will be returning to an in-person conference in Atlanta, Georgia this year as BDN celebrates its 10th anniversary. We will be hosting the conference at the Sheraton Downtown Atlanta Hotel (165 Courtland St NE, Atlanta, GA 30303).
BDN2022 brings together both world renowned and emergent scholars and professionals from the social sciences, STEM and humanities to function as a resource, a support system, as a space of intellectual exchange, and a place to create connections and develop collaborations.
To ensure that you receive accommodations at the Sheraton Downtown Atlanta Hotel, please secure your reservation as soon as possible. The Black Doctoral Network Inc. has negotiated a sleeping room rate of $139/night (doubles & singles) for all BDN Conference guests at the Sheraton Downtown Atlanta Hotel for Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights (surrounding dates are also available). The limited discounted hotel rooms are first come first serve. We have no control over availability beyond our initial agreement.
