The purpose of this workshop is to present a practical, outcome-based leadership model. This framework identifies five necessary components for improved leadership. Participants will leave with tools to build their leadership development plan.

Presenter Bios:

Dr. Tempestt Adams is an award winning educator, workshop facilitator, and professional speaker. Her specialty area is Career and Technical Education (CTE) and she has over ten years of teaching and leadership experience across the 6-12, community college, and university levels.

Dr. Willie Jones is a leadership development professional with over a decade of experience designing and delivering high impact and engaging learning solutions. He provides consultative services to frontline, mid-level, and senior level leaders across various industries
